Wow, that must have been some wipe out. Maybe it's time to put the training wheels back on. First the bath in the river, not this. OUCHIES!!! That looks wicked painful.

Yeah...it totally hurts like a mo-fo. But I'm hanging in there. I have these nasty bandages that I put on every night and morning. It's a pain in the butt.
